it's Over!

the spaghetti dinner is over! woohoo. i mean, it was great fun and i am glad the kids had a blast, and i am glad we are able to help kids go to camp, but i am so glad it is over!

Biggest Loser!

I am watching the season finale of the show "Biggest Loser" right now and I am smiling! Partly because I went to school for health promotion and love to see people begin to be healthy and love it. Partly because it's not just about losing weight for all these people, it's about life change! These people have changed their weight and changed their life and it makes me smile!

Tea or Coffee

I like both. I am making tea a lot more at home lately (since being out in the bush for 2 weeks with only hot water and tea bags) and I enjoy the variety so close at hand. But, I also still enjoy going to Starbucks for a delicious brew...especially the new Pike Place brew (and the fact that I have a card to get a free cup every Wed for the next 2 months helps!) that is so nice on my taste buds! Depends on my mood....right now it is tea:)
